Terms, privacy, refunds and delivery

Before payment, please review the documents and policies that govern license purchases, software delivery, refunds, cancellation and data processing.

Refund and cancellation policy

Unpaid orders may be abandoned or cancelled. After payment, licenses and digital delivery usually begin immediately; refunds are reviewed for duplicate payment, non-delivery, major service unavailability or other cases required by applicable law and the service agreement.

Delivery policy

Digital licenses are delivered to the signed-in account after successful payment. Private deployment packages, activation information and deployment guidance are provided through the download center, administrator channel or the contact email associated with the order.

Payment and authorization

Payment providers may process transaction data under their own terms. A completed payment authorizes us to allocate license rights, prepare delivery materials and retain order records needed for reconciliation, support, fraud prevention and legal compliance.

Service use responsibility

Customers must use remote browsers, authorized access workspaces and downloads lawfully and within the purchased authorization scope. United States laws, applicable international or regional laws, platform rules and third-party service terms remain applicable.
