Scope of Agreement
These Terms of Service govern the User's registration, login, license purchase, software download, technical support, and use of the remote browser workspace and related products and services. By registering an account, purchasing a license, downloading, installing or using the Software, the User acknowledges that they have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms.
Account Registration and Use
The User shall register with a valid email address and properly safeguard their account, password, license, authorization code, key and other authentication information. The User shall bear all losses arising from failure to safeguard, voluntary disclosure, transfer, or authorization of a third party to use their account or license information. The User shall ensure their use complies with applicable laws, regulations and regulatory requirements.
User Compliance Responsibility
The User is solely responsible for ensuring that their server configuration, deployment environment, data processing, credential management, access targets, personnel activity, contractor or partner activity and use of the Software comply with United States laws, applicable international or regional laws, third-party platform rules, service terms and contractual obligations.
Licenses and Orders
After purchasing a product, the User may view license and authorization information on the order page. Unless otherwise agreed, the license is limited to the account, number of users, number of devices, or scope authorized at the time of purchase. Without permission, the User shall not resell, rent, lend, share, transfer, distribute, crack, copy, or circumvent the authorization mechanism in any form. The scope of software upgrades, technical support, updates, and other value-added services shall be as described on the purchase page or order details.
On-Premise Deployment and Delivery
The Software is distributed for on-premise, private cloud or other customer-designated private deployment. Delivery may include software licenses, deployment packages, activation information, documentation and agreed technical support. The User is responsible for installing, configuring, securing and operating the Software within server environments owned, controlled or designated by the User.
No Hosting, Operation, Control or Monitoring
Unless the parties expressly agree otherwise in writing for a limited support engagement, the Provider does not host, operate, control, administer or monitor the server environments where the Software is deployed. The Provider does not control the User's data, credentials, target systems, user actions or deployment configuration.
Prohibited Conduct
The User shall not use the Software for any illegal or prohibited activities, including but not limited to: violating applicable laws and regulations; conducting network attacks, malicious scanning, intrusion, or spreading malware; engaging in fraud, phishing, money laundering, gambling, or other illegal or criminal activities; illegally obtaining, collecting, disseminating, or selling third-party data, accounts, or private information; infringing upon third-party intellectual property rights, trade secrets or other legitimate rights and interests; circumventing legal supervision or using the Software to engage in other activities that may harm public interest, network security or third-party legitimate rights and interests. The User shall bear all legal liability arising from their use of the Software.
Service Restrictions and License Termination
If the User violates these Terms or applicable laws or regulations, or if there is reasonable evidence indicating that the User is using the Software for illegal or prohibited activities, the Provider has the right to take the following measures depending on the circumstances: issue a warning; restrict certain functions; suspend license use; stop software updates; stop technical support; revoke or terminate the license; terminate related services. If the Provider receives reports, complaints, regulatory notices or other reasonable leads, it has the right to investigate and request the User to provide necessary explanations or evidence. For Users confirmed through investigation to have engaged in material violations, the Provider has the right to immediately terminate the license and cease providing related services. Fees paid shall generally not be refunded if termination results from the User's violation, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Disclaimer
The Software is provided on an "as is" basis. The Provider will make reasonable efforts to ensure stable operation, but does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or delay-free service, or that the Software will meet all of the User's specific needs. The Provider shall not be liable for losses caused by network failures, third-party service interruptions, force majeure, User's own operational errors or other causes beyond the Provider's control. The User shall comply with applicable laws and bear full responsibility for their actions and consequences arising from use of the Software.
Changes to These Terms
The Provider has the right to modify these Terms based on changes in laws and regulations, business adjustments or product updates. After the Terms are updated, the Provider will notify the User through official website announcements, product prompts or other reasonable methods. Continued use of the Software after the Terms are updated constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
