Internal Sites

Goal

Create internal sites and allow users to access enterprise internal systems from the user portal.

Prerequisites

• The internal site URL is reachable from the deployment environment or browser nodes.
• Your account has "Inner Site List" permissions.

Steps

1. Go to "Site Management > Inner Site List".
2. Click "Add Site".
3. Enter name, URL, introduction, and logo.
4. Save and open internal site configuration if scripts, parameters, or page behavior are needed.
5. Authorize the site to user groups in "Group Management".
6. Users log in to the portal and click "Enter" in the internal system area.

Verification

• The internal site appears in the user portal.
• Authorized users can open the internal site.
• Unauthorized users cannot see or access it.
