Deploy the product and confirm the admin console is reachable.
Create machines and browser instances.
Create users, administrators, roles, and permissions.
Create categories, SaaS sites, account categories, and site browser accounts.
Create internal sites and workspaces.
Create groups and authorize users, sites, internal sites, workspaces, permissions, and proxies.
Create collaboration content and collaboration links.
Configure site scripts, plugins, encrypted URLs, and enterprise replay as needed.

Admin console menus are mainly controlled by role permissions.
User portal visibility is mainly controlled by group authorization.
Cloud browsing, proxies, workspaces, and internal sites should be authorized through groups instead of one-off user changes.
Enterprise/professional capabilities also depend on deployment type and license status.
