Collaboration
Goal
Create collaboration content, collaboration links, and super collaboration links so external or temporary users can access selected site combinations.
Prerequisites
- SaaS sites and account categories exist.
- Your account has permissions for collaboration content and collaboration link lists.
Steps
- Go to "Collaboration Content Management > Collaboration Content List".
- Create a collaboration content collection and add sites and account categories.
- Go to "Collaboration Content Management > Collaboration Link List".
- Create a collaboration link and select content, quantity, notes, and related values.
- Copy the normal collaboration link:
https://<APP_DOMAIN>/url/<uid>. - If one link should contain multiple collaboration items, open super collaboration link management.
- Copy the super collaboration link:
https://<APP_DOMAIN>/urls/<collSn>.
Link Types

Pre-Distribution Checks
- The link domain and certificate can be opened by external visitors.
- Sites and account categories in the collaboration content are correct.
- Quantity, notes, and usage scope match business requirements.
- A test device can open the link and complete redirect, login, and browser loading.
Verification
- Opening a normal collaboration link starts the selected access flow.
- Opening a super collaboration link opens the corresponding collaboration collection.
- Link copy uses the current domain.
- Disabled, expired, or over-limit links can no longer be used by external visitors.

- Collaboration links are suitable for single or small-scale access; super links are suitable for batch distribution.
- Link access should be controlled by validity, quantity, and group policies.
- External users require reachable domain, valid certificate, and network access.
